Commercial Refrigerator Diagnostics

Multiple Appliance Discount: $75 per appliance.
Have two or more residential appliances checked at the same address during one visit? The diagnostic fee is $75 per appliance, including high-end models. For example, two appliances cost $150 total to diagnose. Commercial refrigeration is priced separately at $150 per unit.
Diagnostic fee included with an approved repair.
If you approve the repair estimate, the diagnostic fee is included in the total quoted repair price — it is not added on top. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, only the diagnostic fee is due.

What appliances do you service?
We service major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges. We also service commercial refrigerators. Contact us with your appliance type and model to confirm availability.
Do you offer in-home repairs?
Yes. Our service model is built around diagnostic and repair visits at customers' homes.
How much does a repair cost?
Residential diagnostics are $95 for one household appliance, including high-end models. When two or more household appliances are diagnosed at the same address during one visit, the diagnostic fee is $75 per appliance. Commercial refrigerator diagnostics are $150 per unit. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is included in the quoted total, not added on top. If you decline, only the diagnostic fee is due. We'll provide an estimate before authorized work begins.
